Grab a handful while they're still hot

Our good mate Chris over at Kill5 has put up some games for download.

So if you run a portal, or just want to embed a cheeky game into your blog or myspace page ( If you're 12 that is. Any older than that and it's as wrong as an adult reading Harry Potter. And before anyone jumps in with "Actually Harry Potter is a really good read for all ages", what other books have you ever read ? ).

Anyway, looky here, it's there for all to see.

Squize.

Actually Harry Potter *is* a really good read for all ages.

For classics, I've read my share of H. Melville, G.K. Chesterton, J. Austen, M. Twain, J. Swift and C. Dickens (for fun, all of this not counting school assignments), but I still enjoy me some Hogwarts. :) E.R. Burroughs, C.S. Lewis (not just his Narnia fiction), Poul Anderson and F. Herbert (along with the more contemporary T. Zahn) are great for fantasy / sci-fi too.

So there. :-P

All in good fun. :)

Panda Hate Maze has to be the best game name of 2009! It also is a pretty sweet game.

I much prefer Clifford, Maisy, Oswald, and Atari Force Comics, but I have been known to read a little Wizard Porn every now and then.

thanks Jeff :) you know you are one of the few people to mention what I thought was the best thing about PHM, the bloody name. It came to as I was rading Retro Gamer monthly, and there was a great article on lost Japanese games never released in the West, and all their name's directly translated to things like "Mr.Worm's Heroic day of jumping on platforms", and I had that silly Panda model, and I just thought if he was in a maze and this displeased him, what would a Japanese game designer in the mid-80s call it? (there are some assets done for the sequel too, a ResEvil inspired mutli-room explorer called 'Panda Hates Zombie'.

Chris,

That's exactly what I had hoped you were going for with that name. I think "Stick man on rope swing scared of snake" would have been good Japanese translated name for Pitfall (if it has been made in Japan first, and translated... bla bla bla).

I can't hate for Panda Hat Zombie!

Substitute "wait" for "hate" and "hat" for "hate" in the above because it changes everything! I think I need to make a game where the player needs to figure out my crappy mis-typed posts by substituting words.
